About me

I am an established senior consultant who specializes in public sector people management strategies and transformations. I have over 30 years of experience dealing with complex issues in human resources management, change management, governance and accountability, as well as institutional development and innovation.

Raised by francophone parents in Alban, Ontario, I understand the plight for development and the complexities of change. Perhaps that explains in part my attraction to public service. From receptionist to director I worked for several public sector organizations before leaving the Sudbury region as a Laurentian University graduate to work in Canada’s capital city. There, I established my consultancy.

As a solopreneur, I have worked for the public service of 15 countries, including the Canadian Federal Public Service. I live and breathe development and change. With my consultancy, I have the room to convert my broader experiences into innovative solutions and help leaders achieve better results.

My client group are managers and executives responsible for leading public service organizations and projects in health, education, security, social development, finance, customs, trade, transportation, revenue, justice and other government functions. Clients count on me to review and develop with their team, people and transformational frameworks, strategies, structures, policies, processes and tools by asking relevant questions and listening.

By building trusting relationships, I work with all levels to co-create solutions aimed at strengthening strategic alignment, improving operational capacities or implementing complex change. Together we balance the road less traveled with the path of least resistance and find ways to make things happen that will make a difference and create value.
